What AI cannot do (yet)
- Be right every time. AI makes mistakes. For anything involving money, contracts or health, keep a person in the loop to approve the result.
- Fix a broken process. If your workflow is chaotic, automating it just produces chaos faster. Sort out the process first.
- Work without good examples. It needs samples of your real bills, chats and orders to learn what “normal” looks like for your business.
- Replace your judgment. Pricing, hiring and relationships stay with you. AI takes the repetitive work off the table so you have time for them.

Look for a task that is frequent, follows a pattern, annoys your team and does little harm if it is occasionally wrong. Then estimate the time it takes.
